This chart is almost like a list of some of my very favorite songs.

I'm quite a Tom Petty fan and Don't Come Around Here No More is one of my favorite TP songs. Sharon Celani and Stevie Nicks' backing vocals really added so much to that song, too. The video to it is pretty wild. I never would have tied an Alice in Wonderland theme to that song. Tom Petty in a Mad Hatter get-up. It doesn't get much better than that. Laughing

I always liked Sade. I thought she had such a lovely voice. I love it when one of her songs comes on the radio.

I loved Julian Lennon's Valotte record. When he came out with that, I was not a fan of the Beatles music. I had only heard a handful of Beatles songs so I didn't go into his music as a fan of his fathers. I found his music and fell in love with it because he's an excellent singer/songwriter. I wish he had more huge hits to his credit because he certainly deserves them.

I always loved Robert Palmer whether he was solo or with the Power Station. I was devastated when he passed away. He was so young and still so full of life. I'm sure he had so much more great music in him still. I had the pleasure of corresponding with his brother a while back and if Robert was anything like his brother, he was truly and wonderful person.

I thought he died too soon, and never quite got the respect he might have deserved.
