I must have bad taste in music. Happy to see Juice Newton even at 60 though I've always found myself seeing the best music at the bottom. While I know Mariah is a very talented singer, I never liked her music (for the most part). Please don't hate on me for that as I do respect her. I'm just a club, emo, raver guy who sweens at a good dance song. Mariah's really early stuff was fun though that was the breaking point of everything starting to sound the same. Stevie Nicks is FAR better than #58 and would swap places with Rihanna in a world w/o streaming. Where the hell is Annie Lennox? Am I blind? Loved Madonna in the 80's but preferred Cyndi Lauper (jmho). Have nothing for Madonna since her 'blow up the White House' rant. Give it a few years .... Billboard will update this and Cardi "Hooker" B will surely knock out Juice Newton.
PS --- I did take another look at the article as I thought I made a typo, but Billboard does indeed have #31 listed twice. Monica & Helen Reddy. A tie? I donno. Perhaps I should read the article lol. Just can't be bothered, but the link is there.

I guess this is based on Billboard sales, so Nicks' solo material is of less value than others. If it was a "Critic's Choice", she would be top 5, probably.
Whilst I disdain these silly charts, at least Billboard bother doing them, which the OCC twerps over here don't.
