Lots going on this week. Ronnie McDowell delivers his tribute to Elvis Presley as fans are still in shock over his 8/16/77 death. Singer/actor Leif Garrett makes his first appearance. Two new acts also enter; Debby Boone and Paul Nicholas. Debby Boone, as most 70's buff know, took her hit so far that it ended up being the #1 song for the 70's decade.
