I'm bout 4/5 of the way through a book by John Pilger*, and there's so much in there that I think you would nod wisely about, from the tragic truth about Vietnam to the real scandal about the Ethiopian famine that led to Live Aid, and many other instances of state oppression.

I know I sometimes seem a bit scornful about Alex Jones, but I won't deny there's an awful lot wrong in the world today - considerably more wrong than even the most pessimistic would claim

I noticed that several states made positive moves about marijuana this week, too, which you won't be shocked to know hasn't had a jot of news coverage here (admittedly the week's big story will keep them more than occupied for a while to come)

Oh my gosh, yes, AJ had probably had 4 hours of sleep all month lol. They did a 52 hour live feed all the way through elections to keep it legit and call out any suspected voter fraud and rigging. I honestly don't think Trump would've managed w/o their help I love to give credit where it's due. Of course our main fear now is keeping him safe as a president. The misfit rioters here seem well orchestrated and all sorts of ugliness is rearing its' head. I pray to be wrong, though feel this has been a huge set-up for martial law. For the first time in my entire life, I am actually very happy with the elections. I feel we finally have someone in that is actually for the people. The only people who will not benefit from this are the illegal aliens and drug cartels. America has become so divided in the last 8 years, it's scary. I truly hope we can close the Clinton / Obama chapter once and for all and justice will rear it's head for THEM.
  I know that people don't come to a music forum to see politics, so I pretty much left this entire thread bury itself, though sort of wish I'd been updating it over the years. Infowars has played a major role in his victory and exposing the facts the funded dinosaur media refuse to touch. Trump also cares a great deal about our environment. He was actually on the AJ show a year ago. He is going to see that the people of Flint, Michigan have clean drinking water again. That never should have been an issue, very sad all around. The media here are doing all they can to paint Trump as a racist pig and we can't wait to see Trump shut them down one by one. The man is very awake to the chemtrails I've bitched about for well over a decade. While the "I told you so" temptation is there for many people who called me a nutter / conspiracy theorist, I feel I've matured past that point over the years. I just don't know what we're going to do about the "funded" rioters that are an embarrassment and danger to us all. I see them on live feeds destroying their own towns and blocking traffic and it's just gross. Herds of sheep, literally. I don't see any hope for them.
    Anywho, I could go on and on, but will end here. For anyone interested, here is a great show that I feel played a major role in this election. Kindest regards...

Yeah, I'm not entirely comfortable with this thread bubbling up too regularly, however rules have exceptions and if this week doesn't count as exceptional, then what does?!

I'm not so much happy he won, as happy she lost, because she was a far deadlier prospect for the USA and the free world than him. The riots would seem more credible if they weren't aimed at not just overturning democracy, but restoring such a dangerous figure to the spotlight. Michael Moore and Green Day (hey, a music connection after all) are already sticking their heads above the parapet to endorse the dissent, which may not be coincidental that neither have done anything of note in over a decade.

It seems ludicrously early days for people to get this het up about the guy, he won't even be in charge for another 2 months.

Alex was a guest on Max Keiser's "Keiser Report" show the other night (presumably filmed on the studio set of Alex's show). Alex was his typical self. I guess Max was on the Infowars show too.
